Green Valley Organic Peas are cultivated from our proprietary seed to deliver a deliciously sweet and succulently plump pea. Our Green Valley Organic Pea variety is seasonally planted, the pods develop, and then they are picked fresh while still young. They are then prepared within hours and just miles from where they were grown to seal in Organic Goodness for an appealingly tender and succulent pea with a creamy, sweet, smooth, and faintly nutty taste that you know and love. Certified Organic and Non-GMO verified, we put only our finest organic peas in every can - just water, organic peas, sugar, sea salt, and ascorbic acid (Vitamin C).

Green Valley's organic peas are grown and made in the USA, cultivated in the U.S. heartland by multi-generational, U.S. farmers on family-owned farms located in the fertile regions of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa. This is a prime growing region for peas with fertile soil and an ideal combination of sun and rainfall. Our proprietary seed is cultivated in Idaho.

Seasonally grown, our peas are typically planted in April and then harvested in June, at the peak of ripeness. The peas have a relatively short season compared to our Sweet Corn, and occasionally, despite our best efforts, we run out of peas before the next season's crop can be harvested. However, the taste, quality, and your enjoyment are never compromised.
